What we "need" is to eliminate unemployment and poverty while increasing sustainability. That can be accomplished--without redistributing anything--by implementing a "democratically distributed income." Eliminating exploitation can be accomplished by expanding that income: making it the income for all employees of any business or government. Having different benefits accruing to different positions, for incentivization, would not be exploitative. ["A Fully Just Economy" also in Medium]
