We're talking about two different things, aren't we? I'm concerned with how people ought to act (and how the political process and the economy ought to be structured and function). You're talking about getting people to act the way they ought to act. But you have to answer that first question before you can even start on your approach to 'a brave new world', to borrow the title of a book (one I highly recommend, if you haven't already read it).
