There is a helpful macroeconomic paradigm available. It can be adopted by any nation with a single legislative Act. It does not require tearing down one bit of the existing institutional structure. It sounds radical, but at bottom it is only a different way of supplying the existing economy with money.

The way things are, nations seek to maximize output to maximize employment, income, and tax revenues. In this paradigm demographics would — passively but effectively — govern output and there would be no unemployment or poverty at any level of output. Government could be funded (at the current rate of per capita total government expenditures) without taxes or public debt.
