The system that exists is the problem, but my studies have taught me that we could accomplish everything Marxism promises without having to do away with private property. That should make for less resistance.

I have developed a paradigm that applies the "democratic distributive principle" to money. In it money is created as needed for an income (large enough that a person could actually have a decent life) for which any (adult) citizen could become eligible. The same process could be used to fund all government, from central to local, eliminating the need for taxes/public debt. Total output would be governed, passively but effectively, by demographics which would increase sustainability systemically.

The income could be extended to be the pay for all employees of any business or government (from dishwashers to CEO’s to the president, prime minister, etc.). As I envision it, unlimited variations in benefits for different positions would still exist, but would not be allowed to contribute to personal wealth (meaning things like monetary bonuses, stocks as bonuses, etc. would be disallowed).

if curious: "Finding One Way Forward;" "Down with the Monetary Overlordship" (both here in Medium, but not behind the paywall)
