The refusal of the political right in this country to acknowledge that compromise is necessary for the survival of our democratic political process (which, by the way, is necessary for the survival of liberty) is making the U.S. ungovernable. Geopolitical entities that are ungovernable will have a revolution (transformation) of some kind. I say we should move immediately "Towards a Conservatively Progressive Revolution" (a "3 min read” here in Medium).
