Thank you for another succinctly informative essay in philosophy. I do, however, have a quibble regarding this: “(The fact that workers often don’t fail — against their bosses and otherwise — in the courts is overlooked here.)”

I am fully confident no worker has ever successfully sued an employer for exploitation per se (though specific suits usually, if not always result from manifestations of an inherently exploitative system).
