Thank you for a serious response. The existence of different--unlimited--benefits does account for different "worth." A CEO would be living in a CEO house, which would undoubtedly be stupidly grandiose. Also, the ability of a singularly self-employed person to charge whatever the market would bear would apply to people like lawyers and doctors.
