Thank you for a positive and serious response. The two linked articles do provide more detail. "Paradigm Shift" is more generic; "Same Economy, Way Better Outcomes for Society" contains much more detail but is written with the U.S. (where I live) very much in mind.

Beyond the basic idea as presented in the article to which you responded, most of it would be details to be worked out in actually implementing such a paradigm, such as how much the income should be, whether government would be funded via that process, how much money could be retained by people and businesses, whether or not to allow the income to be paid to a parent/guardian, etc.
