Surely this article should include an estimate of how much federal tax revenue this plan would generate, compared with the present system and current federal spending.

There is, by the way, a way to eliminate all taxes — as well as unemployment and poverty — while making the economy fully self-regulating (with built-in protections against inflation). It would not impose any costs on employers, redistribute anything, impose any limit on income/wealth, or require people to act any particular way. One point to consider is that the proposal to reform the tax system presented in this article from Busler would take about as much effort to accomplish as that proposal to eliminate all taxes--which could also be implemented with a single Act of Congress--would take.
