Surely someone has made the point that it's all about context. Most broadly, there are two contexts: material--Kant's 'phenomenal" realm (where 'correspondence' works?)--and immaterial, where truth is profoundly subjective matter..

Postmodernists are correct that in the end every person has the capacity to accept or reject any proposed truth, but the material effects of material truths are separate and independent of the acceptance of such truths by people. No amount of insisting on any personal truth--by any number of people--can change those effects. (For human beings living together in a group governance is a material matter.)
