Sure, we are just sharing opinions here, but I don't think we would have to worry about laws that would legalize theft, arson, rape, murder, etc. My biggest point was that basing the validity of laws on their accordance with the Constitution is at best a legal fiction to mask the purely political--ideological--nature of justices judging laws.

The laws that affect us most directly are local laws. This approach would allow communities the most freedom to govern themselves according to their cultural values--which values are more homogeneous the smaller the community is.
