Sure, there are larger questions than the economy involved in the ultimate meaning of “success” as a species. All I’m saying is that this is the best concrete paradigm for the economy as a system of which I am aware. It would absolutely, positively deliver the outcomes cited. Most of all, those outcomes follow from borrowing from political democracy to make the economy more just. Again, if you know of a better proposal for the economy as a system, by all means tell me about it.
