“Rare states have to be carefully constructed via deliberate action.”

I’m surprised that no anti-evolutionist has jumped on that statement. Is not life itself a “rare state?” Sounds like a case of “intelligent design.”

For the record, I am not an anti-evolutionist, though there are parts of it with which I have much trouble, such as speciation happening in water (which after all is where all life began, according to Genesis and science), where no topological barriers exist, from existing species in which mating is necessary for reproduction.
