…or a democratic future — or a future that wasn’t pure evil. (I’m not an apologist for racism.) Still, they were aware of the evils of capitalism.

It really goes back to the Hamiltonians vs. the Jeffersonians and whether money or land would be the ultimate source of power in this country. Money won.

Now we can democratize money, via a “democratically distributed income” (DDI): “For Crying Out Loud, ACCEPT That A SOLUTION Actually EXISTS” (a “3 min read” — including options for further reading — here in Medium).
