Observational knowledge and faith are two entirely different things. The problem for atheists is ethics: any ethic (rule to govern human conduct) ever proffered by any atheist has been based on belief/faith (e.g. a belief in human equality and/or a belief in the existence of a priori Rights, such as 'Natural Rights') as surely as any morality contained in any religion has been.
