“Most people who cry about racism and sexual assault are the ones doing it behind closed doors.”

Here you make a statement of fact. You have to be able to back that up — or admit that you were being a blowhard. If you said, “ I suspect…blah, blah” that would be perfectly admissible.

I am now absolutely certain you will never again repeat that kind of behavior.
