Manipulation--to get sex or to effect any other choice-- is one violation of the minimum condition of justice in 'real justice'.

The other prohibited actions involving any other human being(s) in effecting any choice (for oneself or on behalf of any other person or organization or cause) are killing, coercing, harming, and stealing. All are unjust acts, period. ("Harming" does require a bit more discussion, but the short version is that 'harm' is the subject of any legitimate system of criminal/civil justice.)

'Real justice' offers a new and better--simpler, more intellectually rigorous--way to govern society. If curious: "Can't Get Any Simpler" is a "2 min read" here in Medium with links to more about it (with nothing I publish here behind the paywall).
