I'm not saying there is anything wrong with your proposal, and it may well come to pass, but (not surprisingly, I'm sure) I prefer my proposal for 'free money'. It directly eliminates unemployment and poverty and could be used to eliminate taxes/public debt for funding government. It would also increase sustainability by having demographics govern (passively but effectively) total output.
