I'm not "criticizing" anybody. It doesn't matter what Marx or Locke or anybody else wrote before now.

I'm saying there is a better way than Marxism or Liberalism or any other belief-based approach to governing the governance of society. No one can be blamed for a belief-based approach in the absence of knowledge of this one.

It is non-ideological because it involves no belief. Applying it to the economy can eliminate unemployment, poverty, taxation/public debt, and even exploitation while increasing sustainability. Regarding individuals, it focuses on a "democratically distributed income," not property. The distribution of the latter, however, follows the former.
