If I may, I would like to share an idea that could be of particular benefit to Gaza and the West Bank.

It is a way to achieve 'instant' economic viability 'from the ground up', rather than the traditional method of 'top-down' economic development based on 'encouraging investment', i.e., doing whatever it takes to lure businesses seeking the cheapest possible source of labor and socially provided infrastructure.

Instead, 'the people' are assured a 'livable' income. That will attract sellers. Ideally, local production for local production would prevail, though goods mass produced elsewhere would presumably be available.
