If I may, I do have an idea to offer: "De-growth with Only Positive Effects" (here in Medium, but not behind the paywall). Demographics would determine total output, with no unemployment or poverty (for adult citizens of the nation) at any level of output. Any nation could adopt the paradigm. (For the record, I do have an M.A. in economics; my Thesis was in political economy, with a focus on money/distributive justice.)
