I will say that, as I understand it, Bott's idea relates to the initial "M," in the form of money. He would tie the supply of money to the supply of solar power. In his paradigm money would become virtually free.

There is still the matter, though, of money as the initial factor in the M-C-M paradigm. Exactly how a solar-based supply of money would impact that is beyond my level of interest (having developed my own monetary paradigm--which could, by the way, be used to end exploitation without abolishing private property.
