I welcome constructive criticism. Economics is a devilishly difficult subject to write about, and I by no means consider myself any great writer in the first place. Still, all the necessary information is there somewhere.

Sometimes you just have to work harder to achieve that which is better.

The guaranteed outcomes should of themselves provoke some positive response. People routinely advocate for proposals they don’t really fully understand that ‘promise’ far less than this proposal does — and with faint real hope that what is promised can be delivered.

If people would just tell other people they know about the existence of this proposal without endorsing it or advocating for it, that would be helpful.
