I usually eat a relatively light supper, but if I eat too far from bedtime I sleep less well due to, I think, low blood sugar. I wonder if it would be better for me to eat a more substantial meal in the evening and give myself a longer period without food — say, a solid 13 hours (with at least three to four hours before going to bed).
