I see 'cancel culture' as an evolution of 'political correctness' — a heavy-handed attempt to get Liberal society to recognize that the ethic of Liberal justice is mutual respect (of a basic kind: taking one another into account). To resolve the issues that are perturbing us "Equality Is All We Need" (here in Medium).
