I happened to discover a way to institute a free income that any nation could implement. It would not be paid to every citizen, but would be available for any citizen. I therefore call it a "democratically distributed income."

The money for that income would be created as needed. Its total would form the supply of money (as currency) for the economy. The results for society are as astonishing as they were unanticipated. (There are built-in safeguards against inflation.)
