I fully agree with the sentiment expressed here. In particular, I noted the reference to a "monetary system" as a common resource.

It so happens that I have developed a concrete proposal for an alternative monetary paradigm that would eliminate unemployment, poverty, taxes, and public debt (while increasing sustainability), with still no limit on income/wealth. It could be enacted in any nation with a single legislative Act.

This monetary paradigm does follow from mutual respect as the ethic of justice, but those outcomes do not require altruism or any other particular form of behavior: they are built into the paradigm as a new and different (i.e., revolutionary) way of supplying the exiting economy (any existing economy) with money.
