I agree. What we need is a new approach to justice, one that preserves the good that Liberalism has brought the world, but can take us "Beyond Liberalism”--especially where the process of producing and acquiring goods and services (i.e., the economy) is concerned. At this point, "To Preserve What We Have, What We Have Must Be Enough." (Both linked articles are here in Medium, but not behind the paywall.)
