I agree that Marxism is a secular religion. So is every ideology, including Liberalism, which is based on believing in (a priori) “Natural Rights” and a moral equality among human beings. (The latter belief is shared by Marxism, by the way: without such equality ‘exploitation’ cannot be a moral wrong.) Throw in capitalism, with its “Sorelian myth” of the ‘free market’, and there you go.
