Doesn't it all come down to what 'harm' is? I have found that to be a surprisingly difficult concept to apprehend with sufficient specificity and rigor.

Regarding the matter immediately at hand, people have a tendency consider a rejection of their beliefs as a form of harm done to them. This seems to be especially the case among politically motivated 'evangelicals', such as "E"--whether their chosen ground is theological or ideological, to the right or to the left.
