Defined as what, by whom?

I don't think the problem is representative government. I am convinced that the problem is ideology, even the ideology of Liberalism (much less the narrow political ideologies it has spawned: libertarianism, conservatism, liberalism, and democratic socialism). Here is a way out of that societal morass: "Beyond Liberalism."
