Concerning justice, the problem is exploitation. This paradigm has three options: (1) creating a guaranteed sufficient minimum income; (2) expanding that income to all employees of all businesses and government but continue to allow unlimited differences in (in-kind) benefits; (3) the income in (2), but eliminate benefits. (1) lessens the effects of exploitation, (2) lessens exploitation, and (3) eliminates exploitation entirely.
Even in (2) and (3) there are still ways of making unlimited amounts of money (thus unlimited wealth) if no employees are involved, such as an artist or inventor who is paid royalties--but it could be any good or service, so long as its production did not involve the employer/employee relationship. Such goods and services (other than inventions) could only be sold to other people, not business or government. The prices of all goods/services would be set by the market.
