To intervene in the economy to produce any particular macroeconomic result is to ‘manage’ it.

If you have read anything I have written about my paradigm and you can’t see how the amount of money (as currency) in the economy is self-regulating, making total output self-regulating, either you are blind or the words I wrote (which looked coherent to me) are actually only indecipherable gibberish.
