As I wrote, I want everyone to have the freedom to speak without being harassed, protested, intimidated, etc. by people who disagree with them.

Back in the 80's the Klan held a legally permitted rally in a small town just north of Atlanta, GA (where I live). No counter-protest was organized for that day. A few thousand people showed up to support the Klan. Several weeks later a legally permitted march was held in the same place. Over 30, 000 people participated in the march. The Klan did not organize a counter-protest to that march.

That is how I think things should work.
