As I understand it, Godel's 'top/bottom' is a restatement of Hume's 'ought/is' problem, the problem being that no rational connection exists between Godel's 'top'/Hume's 'ought' and each's 'bottom'/'is'. If I have understood that much correctly, then justice as the 'top'/'ought', with both its determiner and its referents located in material existence, is rationally connected to the 'bottom'/'is': problem(s) solved.
