AS I DID WRITE it would probably have to be a 'cashless' system. All money would go through accounts in banks. The banks' computers would be responsible for making the transfers from accounts that were over the limit at the appointed hour.

Please do not bring up to me again that people or businesses wouldn't accept money. I have answered that at least three times for you personally. If you just can't see it, so be it.
