Anarchism? No. Justice is the opposite of anarchy, as far as I’m concerned. (Anarchy would be the logical endpoint of libertarianism.) In democratic societies, this approach to justice would require no institutional changes. Applying it to the existing economy as a system (any economy that uses money to facilitate economic activity — today, the economy of every nation) would transform societal outcomes: make the economy completely self-regulating, with no unemployment, poverty, taxes, or public debt and more sustainability.
