According to the Bible, Adam was created specifically to tend the Garden. That is God's will for us concerning Creation. Creation = Nature = the environment.

Contemporary self-proclaimed 'Christian' conservatives hate liberalism more than they love anything. They are fast coming around to hating Liberalism (democracy and the rule of law with the primacy of liberty for all as its primary concern) because it makes liberalism possible.
