A potential ‘black swan’ is an existing proposal to reinvent the process of supplying national economies with money — without tearing down one bit of the existing institutional structure. It could be scaled up to include groups of nations, and even every nation on the planet, without in any way challenging national sovereignty. It would provide the means to eliminate unemployment, poverty, taxation, and public debt while increasing sustainability.

Alas, the proposal is mine, but if curious a brief summary is available here in Medium : “By Request: A How to Transform the Society of any Nation (summarized for a ‘5 min read’).” It could, after all, at any time become ‘a thing’. To be sure, it should already be one. [For the record, I do have an M.A. in economics.]
