1. It isn't paid to everyone, but any (adult) citizen could become eligible for it. Also, the income doesn't involve taxes/public debt.

2.It doesn't "wipe out debt." It simply creates a way to fund government without it (or taxes). Private debt would still exist as at present; all existing debts would be still be repaid.

3. Issues like pollution would still be matters to be addressed in the political process.
